At Velani Label, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with all Velani Label tags attached, then securely pack them in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a confirmation email once our team has inspected the items and processed your refund or exchange.
